Lessons from Auschwitz Project
Lessons from Auschwitz Online, will take post-16 students on a journey of learning and reflection; offering them the opportunity to explore the Holocaust through a ground-breaking, interactive, digital platform.
Students will take part in three live online seminars guided by experts in the field of Holocaust education where they will hear the first-hand testimony of a Holocaust survivor and take part in a virtual site-visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum as it is today.
On completion students will be tasked with completing ‘Next Steps’ to share their learning with others in their school and local community and will gain accreditation. All student participants will become Holocaust Educational Trust Ambassadors, inspiring them to continue to share their knowledge further whilst encouraging others to remember the Holocaust.
