The NextGenLeaders Programme for schools and colleges is a youth social action and youth social enterprise programme. The programme aims to support and encourage young people to progress in the changing world of work by empowering them with the employability and enterprise skills, study skills and confidence they need to contribute positively to society.
The programme enables students to develop key skills, experience the world of work through our corporate partners and become the next generation of responsible leaders!
